John Robertson (Oxford) will chair a roundtable discussion

This will be the first of three workshops on the place of the ethical
thought of the ancient schools in the moral philosophy of the
Scottish Enlightenment. A second meeting on Stoicism will be held on
February 23rd 2008 , and a third on Platonism and Aristotelianism in
early summer 2008.
