Robert Adam, Ruins of the palace of the Emperor Diocletian at Spalatro in Dalmatia
It's from 1764 and is mostly a collection of plates ... very interesting to see the palace depicted in the 18th century. Folks who have been on the internet as long as I have will remember that the palace was also the subject of one of the earliest online 'exhibitions' by the Library of Congress (in case you want a trip down memory lane ... (yes, son, there was once this thing called a 14.4k modem and we'd have to wait minutes for an image to load)
