This was mentioned (on Britarch?) the other day ... the Roman Gask Project has a weblog which documents the day-by-day activities of the excavation (note to other digs ... what a stunningly obvious way to present a 'Dig Diary'; no reason why we shouldn't see more of these). Now if only they had an rss feed -- wouldn't it be great if all digs set up blogs with rss feeds which could be funnelled into one 'superarchaeology' blog with categories and the like so people could stay on top of all the excavations?
