At some point in the past month or so I appear to have been attached to National Geographic's mailing list for assorted things ... the latest bit of mail (on assorted 'adventure' tours) had something which might be of interest (inter alia):
It's only a week and rather pricey for that ... not sure how much 'Exploring' you'd actually do, but it looks fun.

Robert Ballard
National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence Dr. Robert Ballard has spent the last 20 years tracking the lost chapters of human history, beginning with his discovery of the Titanic and the German battleship Bismarck. A true modern-day explorer, Dr. Ballard pioneered the development of deep-diving manned submersibles and remotely operated vehicles and received National Geographic’s prestigious Hubbard Medal, whose previous recipients include Robert Peary, Ernest Shackleton, and Neil Armstrong. He is President of the Institute for Exploration and the Director of the Institute for Archaeological Oceanography at the University of Rhode Island.
